I am filled with admiration and wonder when the Chinese people’s awareness of garbage classification will reach the level of the Japanese. However, Dong Li’s views may represent the aspirations of more Chinese people: “As a taxpayer, I am not willing to do garbage classification myself, but hope that the government will take control of the garbage problem.
