The British edition of “European Times” was founded in December 2011. It is committed to serving the local Chinese and overseas Chinese and promoting mutual exchanges and cooperation between China and Britain in various fields. In April this year, the newspaper joined hands with the British “The Times” to launch a Chinese version to build a bridge for Chinese people to integrate into mainstream society.
In the afternoon of the same day, He Yafei and his party also visited the British Overseas Chinese Community to express condolences to the overseas Chinese and listen to their suggestions on China’s overseas Chinese affairs policy. He encouraged local overseas Chinese to actively integrate, abide by the laws, regulations and customs of the country where they live, live in harmony with the people of the country where they live, actively give back to the local society, create a good external development environment, and maintain the sustainable development of their careers.
