Eric Gojosso is Professor at the Faculty of Law at the University of Poitiers. He is the author of “The Origins of Laos,” which recounts a dramatic period in the region’s history during which Laos lost and then regained provinces on the right bank of the Mekong River.

He is also the author of The Indochina Empire: The General Government of Indochina from the Formation of the Indochina League to the Removal of Richard.
