3. Standing Council: The President, Executive President, Vice President, and Secretary-General of the Association constitute the Standing Council, which is the highest decision-making and executive body of the Association. Externally, the president can represent the association, but major matters must be unanimously approved by the standing committee.
7. Main conference activities:
1. Regularly hold poetry, calligraphy and painting exhibitions and pen meetings;
2. Organize and carry out poetry, calligraphy and painting teaching and training;
3. Hold special lectures or seminars;
4. Organize appreciation and comments on the work of outstanding members;
5. Recommend outstanding member works to domestic and foreign newspapers and magazines; edit and publish selected works of outstanding members;
6. Hold charity sales of members’ works.
8. This Article of Association shall be implemented after being approved by the general meeting of members.
The right to amend this charter belongs to the general meeting of members.
